Kym’s first seat in an airplane ride.

Each of us has known someone who has been under the influence of drugs and alcohol and has seen the effects on his life. The remedy for such addictions is often 

extreme but very necessary if the individual is going to be saved. Sin takes us farther than we wanted to go, keeps us longer than we want to stay, and costs us more than we want to pay. The Biblical cure for our sin begins with repentance from a broken heart.

Psalms 6:1-10

This psalm talks about a prayer of faith in time of distress. This song shows how sorrowful the man is and how he grieved for all his troubles. Yet he called on God. Even if the world is your enemy, we have a great friend -> GOD. We can lean on Him. We all just have FAITH.

Early bird catches no worms… coz early worms show up late and we were tired waiting. LOL

Ever been left by an airplane flight?

The airline is so discouraging, leaving Cotabato without us on it. We had nothing to do about it, but to be sad and to move on. Plan another flight to Cebu and do it all over again. What an exciting trip huh? So after all the fuss in the airport trying to confront all the airline staff, we decided to pick up the next nearest flight to Cebu – and that would be from Davao to Cebu early daybreak. So we went back to the bus terminal and rode the bus to Davao.

It is Kym’s next check-up in Cebu and we are already late. We need to make another appointment with her Pediatric Endocrinologist again. Good thing he was still available until the next day. 

As we arrived, we rested for a while and woke up very early compromising. We headed directly to the airport even though we have to wait for 3 hours just to ride on the plane. We would not want to be left behind anymore! Refund is so expensive and more time is wasted.

Thanks to God we learned a lesson – to always follow the rules in the ticket so that we will not be left behind in the journey. The only differences are there will be no refund and you can’t pay the no show fee this time when you lose life. Don’t miss the ride of your life!
